• Encourage settings to use music within its delivery of the curriculum and wrap around activities (eg. parent outreach work, healthy eating campaigns, literacy and numeracy)

• Encourage settings to partner with music leaders and community musicians in order to support practitioners in their delivery of music

• Encourage collaboration between different local settings to share best practice, resources and activity

• Encourage parents and carers to become involved with music making with their children

• Offer an honest appraisal of the processes and impact that music making has had on children, parents, carers and staff in your setting

Further information and application forms can be found on the Musicleader website.
