Small Charities Coalition is a national umbrella
organisation with over 7,000 members across the U.K. We exist to help
trustees, staff and volunteers of small charities (defined as charities
with under £1 million in annual income) access the skills, tools, and
information they need to get going and do what they do best.
We
are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Executive Officer to drive
forward our vision of a strong, effective and resilient small charity
sector. Reporting to the Chair and Board of Trustees, the successful
candidate will have experience of working in a senior management or
Chief Executive Officer role within the charity sector. They will be a
natural networker, strategic thinker, have exceptional communication
skills and a can do attitude. Leading a small but passionate team,
they will demonstrate clear leadership, give direction to staff and
volunteers and oversee the management of support services; finances;
fundraising and business development.
