The Senior Producer is a highly motivated and creative producer who supports the delivery of Punchdrunk Enrichments creative vision. The role works in close collaboration with the Director of Enrichment and the Executive Director to envisage their strategic priorities and ensure the creative and practical logistics of the plan can be delivered.
Alongside this the Senior Producer is responsible for the delivery of key work strands within the company plan. This is a crucial role overseeing creative, production and resource management and policy implementation. Projects involve non-linear narratives, intricate and significant set-builds often in non-theatrical spaces, varied freelance teams, intensive scheduling and partner management.
The post holder will be proactive, solution-driven, calm, open-minded and confident in managing people and multiple priorities. You will be comfortable linking broad vision to detailed delivery and delegation alongside hands-on delivery. You will bring wide knowledge of producing complex projects for diverse audiences and with a range of partners, and a strong commitment to creating accessible workspaces and projects.
Salary: up to £40,000 dependent on experience
