Projects will increase active participation in the arts by working with a diverse cross section of the community including young people, older people and under-represented groups. This will include a range of arts and cultural activities with a primary focus on outdoor participatory work that animates the town squares and outdoor spaces in Woolwich, Eltham and Greenwich.
