Job Title: Programmes Manager (London)
Full time, London-based (currently home based due to COVID-19)
Salary: £33,000 per annum
The Opportunity
The Tender Healthy Relationships Schools Programme is our core prevention project. Tender is looking for an exceptional individual to take on the management of this programme across Greater London. The project uses drama, the arts and education to create positive change in the attitudes, awareness and confidence of all young people. The project is combined with teacher training to ensure teachers are aware of the signs of unhealthy relationships, can signpost and support the young people appropriately and are making the school a safe environment for all. Approximately 100 projects are delivered each year to primary, secondary and PRU settings across London and Tender has ambitions to increase this number by building capacity within our Children & Young Peoples department and developing and adapting the existing models.
