Reporting to the CEO and working alongside a core team of staff and
practitioners, the Programme Manager will be responsible for providing
management of classes, holiday projects and performance activities,
design and delivery of marketing activity and play a major role in
fundraising activities (grants, events and individual giving).
Monitoring, evaluation and evidencing of outcomes will be key
activities as well.
We need someone with proven project management history, success in
managing multiple priorities, strong communications skills within tight
budgets and deadlines, an understanding of participatory arts, in
particular circus, as well as a commitment to equality and diversity.
Details:
Contract: full-time equivalent
Salary: c. £25 000 depending on experience
Hours of work: 37.5 hours Evening and week-end work will be necessary
Holidays: 20 days per annum, plus statutory Bank Holidays
