The Premises Officer has an important role in the day-to-day
operations of the building, maintaining its safety and security,
supporting public events, room hire as well as ensuring it is kept to a
high standard of cleanliness and maintenance. This role is an excellent
opportunity for an ambitious, independent worker pursuing a career in
facilities or customer service. The suitable candidate will have a
background in professional cleaning and building maintenance and be
service oriented with excellent self and time management skills.

Salary: £10.20 p/h (£21,216 p.a. pro-rata)
Contract: 18 hours per week; 12 months initially
Hours: Thursday-Friday afternoon/evening
