The Roundhouse is looking for someone to be responsible for the 11-25's creative programme delivery.
About the Roundhouse:
Our vision is to be a hub of outstanding performance and learning powered by great artists and young people.
The role is to oversee the delivery of the 11 25s creative programme for Performing Arts and to lead and manage the coordinator and trainees that deliver this programme. This role directly line manages two people.
You will be responsible for the delivery of this dynamic and innovative programme. In 2016 we are particularly focusing on strategic development of both the creative programme and Resident Artists Programme, ensuring clear objective setting and evaluation processes are put in place. This role will also include leading on development for a number of professional productions that have young people at their core towards various performance outcomes at Roundhouse over the next 2 years.
The Performing Arts Programme Producer will need to be able work effectively with a wide range of people including young people, artists and other Roundhouse teams and arts organisations nationally and internationally. You will need to be both hands on with delivery and able to have a strategic view of the whole programme including management of large budgets.
You will need to have excellent people management and communication skills, be a good team player and a confident leader. You will need to have had experience of producing professional productions and working creatively with young people.

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 per annum
