Rather than awarding grants directly to individuals themselves, PAF are looking for applications from performing arts companies, organisations, venues and festivals from across the UK to host a Fellow who should be selected by the organisation.

Offering bespoke placements within existing organisations, the Fellowship scheme is designed to support individuals through the early stages of their performing arts careers. Covering dance, theatre, music and anything in-between, through this scheme we hope to identify the next generation of performing arts talent, whether they are directors, choreographers, composers, playwrights, dancers, actors, musicians, producers or any other creative working in the sector.
Organisations should be willing to offer an amazing opportunity to the Fellow tailored to the individual Fellow and giving them the benefit and support of all aspects of the organisation from mentoring, performance opportunities, and training to access to equipment, space and audiences. We want to increase the Fellows skills through training and development opportunities tailored to the individual, to raise their aspirations, and to encourage collaboration.
Organisations can apply for grants of £10,000.
Deadline: 1st May 2014
