City of London Sinfonia (CLS) seeks a Participation Producer to help deliver the Orchestras wide-ranging wellbeing, family and community programmes, working alongside the Director of Participation.

Recognised as one of the UKs leading programmes, CLS’ participation activity brings their orchestral musicians into hospitals, care homes, schools and nurseries through participatory projects and interactive performances, with particular strengths in health, wellbeing and social care, and relaxed performances. The programme is viewed as an integral and equal part of the Orchestras activities by musicians, trustees and senior management and this role is a chance for an ambitious individual to thrive at the heart of an organisation that places great value on participation activity.
They are seeking an individual who shares a passion for participation and sharing live music with people of all ages and backgrounds and has at least three years professional experience. Of equal importance is appointing an individual with a creative mind, and exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills.
This is a hands on and creative role in a small team, working closely with freelance artists and musicians. They are interested in hearing from people from a range of arts backgrounds.

This position is a full-time fixed-term role of approximately nine months starting in January 2021 (40 hours per week, including one hour for lunch each day, but will consider flexible/part-time working), 25 days holiday PA. They will consider flexible working. Any appointment will be subject to a full Disclosure and Barring Service check.
Salary: £28,000-30,000 PA
