Posted: 10/03/2022
Devised as the pandemic began, the concept is a simple one emerging artists can apply with an idea for a project. Successful applicants are matched with a facilitating artist who will collaborate on the project. Over the course of four weeks, involving group workshops and meetings, a short audiovisual piece will be created and shown to the public. Examples from the past two rounds include music videos, short films, radio plays and musical compositions.
Two applications are open for:
- Those interested in developing a project of their own project
- Those who would be interested in mentoring/facilitating
Projects will receive a grant of up to £480 and mentors receive a flat fee for their work. Find out more here: https://www.thealbany.org.uk/projects/open-source-collaborations-round-three/
