Odd Eyes Theatre opens up communication and generates conversations between individuals coming from diverse cultures, social backgrounds and walks of life. Through performance, creative journeys and learning opportunities we create exchange, break barriers and celebrate diversity.

This new creative programme follows two successful tours of #Haters, a play taking inspiration from a real incident involving a knife crime and a tweet that became the case in point for the repercussion of gentrification in urban communities. The play gave a fair representation of all parties involved in the incident, aiming to generate meaningful conversations amongst residents from different social backgrounds.  The programme will continue to generate dialogue by empowering young people living in areas affected by urban regeneration with tools to articulate their voice through spoken word and film.
