We are looking for an outstanding teacher to lead a very exciting new initiative. In September, Sedgehill will be one of six schools pioneering a model for school improvement that has Music education at its heart. 

This role will give the successful applicant a chance to develop whole class instrumental teaching and a new elite music specialist school as well as developing our already successful extra-curricular Music provision.

We have secured significant funding for the next three years for this exciting project through MiSST from co-funders The Charles Wolfson Charitable Trust and the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation. This will enable every year 7 student joining Sedgehill to be given a classical instrument and for us to ensure that the values promoted through learning an instrument and performing underpin all the work we do as a school.
