MozFest call for session proposals

This inspiring annual festival of the web and all things digital is hosted by the Mozilla Foundation and will take place at Ravensbourne in London on 29 and 30 October.

This year Arts Award are excited to be producing the digital arts and culture space at the festival, set to welcome over 2,000 visitors across the weekend. They’ll be creating Arts Award pathways for young people and their centres to follow both at the festival and in the lead up to the festival. With youth tickets at just £3 and teachers going free, it’s an ideal opportunity for young people to immerse themselves in over 200 different sessions featuring digital technology, digital artists and makers and arts organisations.

MozFest is a diverse, interactive and highly inclusive event with sessions, activities and experiences suited for a range of interaction styles.

You should expect anywhere between 3 and 25 participants at your session. Be prepared for all abilities and ages in the audience. As a facilitator, you will frame the session goals, team up small groups and ensure participants work productively and purposefully together.

Anyone may submit a proposal for MozFest 2016. Once you have submitted your session, it will enter an open curation process on Github.

This year MozFest are also accepting proposals in Spanish,French and Arabic.
