Sour Lemons is on the hunt for a Programme Producer to take over their flagship creative leadership programme, Making LEMONADE!
Someone who is excited by levelling the playing field for diverse young talent and has personal experience of turning their own sour lemons into lemonade.
This is the glue to our core business the main point of contact for our Young Leaders and all partners, speakers, funders and facilitators involved in Making LEMONADE.
The Programme Producer holds the individual pieces together and makes sure the whole lemon pie is delivered flawlessly. We are looking for someone who has experience of producing at a similar scale and understands the balance between thinking strategically and delivering day to day logistics.

We need someone who is excited by this and committed to disrupting old models of leadership that prevent diversity from thriving within the creative and cultural sectors.
