Lewisham Youth Theatre seeks a Programmes Manager with experience of production management and delivering technical theatre training.

The
Programmes Manager for Production will lead our technical theatre projects with
young people aged 12-24. This multi-faceted post includes planning,
managing and delivering participatory technical theatre projects and production
managing LYTs core youth theatre performances.
The post-holders key responsibilities will be to:
- Facilitate
participatory projects that engage young people aged 12-24 with technical
theatre and backstage arts - Provide
Production Management to LYTs performances and events - Manage
Technical Theatre volunteers and placements - Develop
relationships with technical theatre schools and volunteer organisations

March
August 2017; This post is initially advertised as a 6-month fixed term
contract, with the intention to extend the contract dependent on funding.
Hours:
28 hours
per week (4 days)
Salary:
£25,000 –
£26,000 pro rata (dependent on experience) We will also consider
applicants interested in negotiating a freelance contract for this role.
