Due to the success of our Young Theatre Makers programme we are seeking to grow our pool of drama practitioners and theatre makers who are excellent at working with the often vulnerable young people (aged 11-24) that we engage with.

This will include work in schools, in alternative education provision, with other local youth agencies and in the Youth offending sector.
We are seeking practitioners who are able to:
Create a safe space for small groups of often vulnerable young people
Motivate and engage those young people
Be sensitive to young people experiences
Challenge when necessary
Be passionate about young peoples voices being heard
Its a big ask because we need candidates who also have the creativity to select, curate and rehearse young peoples material for performance. Is this you? All contracts are freelance and can range from weekly groups at the Youth Offending Service to week long projects at London Bubble.
