Aims of role:
- To work with stakeholders to develop an exceptional creative programme for Lewishams London Borough of Culture year 2021.
- To deliver the programme through a mix of external delivery partners, directly commissioned projects and grass roots grants.
- To identify and secure external funding for projects and manage allocated budgets.
We are looking for an individual who is a team player and who has:
Substantial experience of creative producing across multiple artforms, ideally within a festival context
Ability to devise ground breaking, innovative, creative projects
Substantial fundraising experience.
Knowledge of approaches to increasing participation within the cultural sector.
Ability to inspire staff, colleagues and partners to work together with available resources and deliver results.
