Learning Officer at National Paralympic Heritage Trust

This position will see you working with schools and communities to engage them with Paralympic Heritage. This will be achieved through the creation and delivery of interactive workshops (digital or physical) and six mini exhibitions.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role establishing formal and informal learning programmes and delivering a new and dynamic community engagement project within an inspiring national charity. This position will see you working with schools and communities to engage them with Paralympic Heritage. This will be achieved through the creation and delivery of interactive workshops (digital or physical) and six mini exhibitions. The work will build a lasting relationship with schools and communities visiting the Heritage Centre where you will deliver tours and learning opportunities.

 You will be a self-starter with the ability to engage and work well with different groups of people. Attention to detail is a key requirement for this role. This is a two-year full-time post (2020-2023).

The NPHT was established in 2015 and is currently funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund, our funding partners, the Rothschild Foundation, HS2 Community Fund and numerous other trusts and foundations.
