Learning and Participation Co-ordinator for NYJO (Full Time)

National Youth Jazz Orchestra is now hiring a Learning & Participation Co-ordinator to play a key role in the organisation and to support our position as the aspirational pinnacle of UK youth jazz – inspiring audiences and engaging with young people of all backgrounds around the country. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven candidate to have a substantial impact as part of a high-calibre and fast-paced team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about music
education, with some experience of delivering and evaluating arts education
projects.  They will have a broad
understanding of the wider education sector, be a skilled communicator and have
at least one year’s experience in a similar role. It is desirable that candidates
have an interest in jazz, and some musical knowledge is beneficial. This role
offers the right candidate great opportunities for professional development as
we develop to meet our ambitious business plan over the coming years.

 

Full time
Pay: £23-£27
