A Friendly Society, Kiln Theatre’s exciting Heritage Lottery Funded project, examines the history of care in the Brent borough since 1929. This ambitious two-year project will culminate in a large-scale community production in September 2019, written by Chinonyerem Odimba and directed by Katie Posner, to be performed on Kiln Theatre’s main stage as part of its groundbreaking new season of work.

The Associate Director will work closely with the Director, Assistant Director and the Creative Learning Team at Kiln Theatre and be a key member of the community play artistic team. You will be responsible for planning and delivering artistic work directly with non-professional actors, members of the community company and young people.
