Job Title: Junior Communications
Assistant
Contract: Five Months Fixed Term (with potential to extend)
Hours: 40 hours per
week; normal office hours are Mon-Fri
between 10:00 and 18:00;
occasional evening and weekend work may be required
Salary: £17,000 pro rata
Line Manager: Head of Communications

We are looking for
someone to support the Albany Communications team during a particularly busy
phase for the organisation. You will be working within the marketing team to
ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns and have previous
marketing, PR or communications experience.
The role has the following objectives:

To support the
Communications team at the Albany in the implementation of marketing, PR and
social media campaigns for all performances -
To maintain the Albany
website and social media feedsA proven track record of interest in and
engagement with the arts and the ability to think creatively is essential, as
well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate
with strong IT skills (i.e. Word, Excel, online marketing), you have good time
management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.Closing Date: Wednesday,
