Brockley Max has been a local staple since 2001. Over the years, it has gone from strength to strength, with the number of events growing every summer. But here’s the secret: the festival only happens because of a team of volunteers who are passionate about our area and the arts.
Why join the crew?
You can give as much or as little of your time as you like. Whether you have a whole afternoon or just a spare hour in May or June, we have a spot for you. It’s flexible, fun, and the best way to experience the festival from the inside.

The Social Crew: Raffle Ticket Co-ordinators & Sellers, Social Media Ambassadors.

On the Ground: Event Stewards, Opening Night Crew, “Max In The Park” Assistants.

The Creatives: Photographers, Filmmakers, Festival Radio Assistants.

The Street Team: Putting up posters/banners, delivering festival programmes.

Leaders: Become a Team Leader and help us coordinate the magic!
