Job Opportunity- Young People’s Programme Coordinator at the National Theatre

Learning is central to the NT’s vision for the future.  At the NT, the Young People’s Programme covers all aspects of theatre-making and production; from a first experience of theatre to workshops, family days, short courses and training - providing a variety of opportunities for creative development and progression.

We are currently looking for someone to support the Young People’s Programme Manager to build on and diversify this dynamic programme for 16-21 year-olds and families,  as well as supporting the programme administratively and practically. The Programme Coordinator will collaborate with the Programme Manager to open up the NT to the most diverse audiences, working closely with existing and new partner organisations to development long term relationships.  

You will have some experience of working with youth, family and community groups, including those who have least access to the arts and good networking and presentation skills and the confidence to deal with a wide range of people both face-to-face and over the phone.
