Job Opportunity Participation Manager Old Vic Theatre

As Participation Manager, you will lead on the project management, administration and development of The Old Vic’s OV Backstage and OV Theatre Makers programmes. In addition, you will oversee our Emerging Theatre Professionals strand of work, which aims to develop accessible routes and training opportunities into the creative industries for people aged 16+, with support from the Participation Coordinator. You will also work alongside the Education and Community Director and Head of Education and Community to develop future strategic activity within the Emerging Theatre Professionals strand, developing accessible routes and training opportunities into the creative industries. These projects will serve particular strategic objectives as defined in The Old Vic Business Plan, (updated yearly) You will also contribute to organisation wide initiatives from an Education and Community perspective.

Hours: Usual working hours are Monday– Friday, 9.30am–5.30pm with some occasional out of hours work (e.g. evenings and weekends)
