Attic are seeking a team of creative facilitators with strong understanding and experience of engaging with young people who are neurodivergent and those with special educational needs (SEN) to deliver weekly creative workshops in partnership with a college based in Sutton. The aim of these workshops are to support young people aged 16-24 with personal and developmental growth including soft skills such as: speaking, listening, communication, confidence and aspirational thinking. The sessions have the additional outcomes of boosting mental health and overall wellbeing, and supporting progressions routes through creative activities.

Based in LB Merton, South London, Attic has over 20 years’ experience of offering a diverse range of workshops and participatory activities for children, young people and adults in our local area. We deliver two projects that work with n/Neurodiverse students of various levels of need at a college in Carshalton, running weekly sessions on confidence, communication, employability and more. We are particularly interested in hearing from those with experience of working with challenging groups with high levels of emotional and social need.
