The Creative Participation Practitioner will co-deliver and help coordinate our ‘Rehearsal for Life’ strand of work. Designed to develop essential life skills through a variety of drama-based games and creative activities for some of the most marginalised young people within Camden, the Roundhouse’s unique methodology aims to develop communication, self-reflection and interpersonal skills for young people aged between 11 and 19 years old. This project, delivered in partnership with local schools and colleges, engages young people at risk of permanent exclusion, and those who have already been permanently excluded from mainstream schools, as well as young people with special education needs and disabilities (SEND). The role requires a practical understanding of inclusive practice and the ability to engage and inspire young people through the arts.
