Job Opportunity, Education Programme Practitioner, Roundhouse

The role reports to the Education Programme Manager and sits within the Youth Policy and Engagement Team. The Education Programme Practitioner will work with the Education Programme Manager to design, deliver and evaluate a coherent and dynamic programme of high quality creative projects for young people aged 11–19yrs. This role is integral to the delivery of education programme and requires working onsite at the Roundhouse and offsite in school and college settings, to ensure a consistent offer designed to engage the most marginalised young people. They will also be responsible for the associated coordination and administration related to the programmes. Sessions will predominantly take place Monday to Friday.

You will have excellent coordination and administrative skills as well as experience of coordinating, facilitating and delivering creative programmes within an education or community setting is essential, as well as experience of working with people who display challenging behaviour. Experience of implementing safeguarding measures across programmes and excellent organisational and project management skills are also essential.

Hours: 35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: £29,348 per annum
