Frameless is a brand new culturally rich, digital, immersive, multi-dimensional art experience. Housed in an incredible 30,000 square foot venue located just a few steps from Marble Arch and Oxford Street, it is the biggest of its kind in the UK.
Inside Frameless, art seeps into every inch of space. It’s in front of you, behind you, above and below you. You won’t simply be looking at a picture, you’ll be in the picture, with every brush stroke, every splash of colour, every moment of inspiration.
As part of this programme, we will welcome thousands of children and young people (Key Stages 1-4 and post-16) and families to dedicated learning sessions as well as relaxed sessions designed for those with special educational needs. We will also offer a wider Access programme including dedicated sessions for BSL and audio described tours.
We are looking for a London based Learning & Access Programme Coordinator – with experience of coordinating high quality, engaging projects with families, schools, young people to work closely with primary, secondary and SEND schools across London and surrounding areas as well as coordinating the Access programme.
Birmingham Hippodrome are the Learning & Access partner delivering this programme for Frameless.
The Learning & Access Programme Coordinator will work closely with the Learning & Access Programme Manager to administer and coordinate the successful delivery of the schools and access strands. This will include, but will not be limited to:
- Managing Schools and Access enquiries as the first point of contact with the experience.
- Liaising with schools and education settings to provide additional information and assistance.
- Working closely with schools to secure bookings/share key information with the Frameless finance team.
- Inputting and upkeeping of contact databases.
- Actively recruit and market the Learning & Access programme to key stakeholders, schools and groups.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and key contacts in schools as well as with the Frameless team.
- Coordinating onsite visits and overseeing the smooth running of the days for schools, families and groups.
