The Creative Learning division develops and delivers a range of
world-class creative learning programmes involving music, theatre,
visual arts, cinema dance and literature across the Barbican Centre and
Guildhall School. The division works with a wide range of strategic and
delivery partners at local, national and international level in the
planning and delivery of its work.

We are now looking for a Creative Learning Officer to work across our
arts and learning programme for fixed term cover during an anticipated
busy period.  We need a highly motivated, articulate individual able to
work with a range of partners, artists and audiences/participants and
with the ability to balance creative ideas with efficient delivery.  A
proven track record in arts education, producing events and working with
a wide range of stakeholders is essential.

You will work as part of a Creative Learning team responsible for
projects and events at the Barbican, Guildhall School and offsite,
assisting with the effective delivery of the programme across a range of
different art forms, audiences and stakeholders,

A comprehensive understanding of arts education together with
excellent organisational, administrative and communication skills are
required to deal with the demands of the job.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and as
part of the selection process, the successful applicant will be required
to obtain a Disclosure & Barring Service check.
