You should be an experienced music education and participation professional able to lead our Learning & Participation work in the Faculty of Music for a period of 9 months, as Maternity Cover for both the Head of Learning & Participation and Learning & Participation Manager. As head of a busy department, you will represent Trinity Laban in the music education sector and lead our relationships with our wider communities. You will have specialist expertise in engaging young people and adults from diverse backgrounds in musical learning and cultural participation. You will have extensive experience of devising and overseeing the delivery of programmes to the highest standards, and the leadership skills to inspire a team, represent Learning & Participation within the institution and take strategic decisions in consultation with colleagues and stakeholders.
