The Partnership Manager will promote Make It! to attract and recruit young Londoners to apply to this ambitious programme. The core tasks involve promoting Make It! through creative, community and business networks, building connections with new networks to help us reach more people, and managing a series of open days and recruitment events.We are looking for someone who can work flexibly, September to November 2019, with key dates and workplan to be agreed following your appointment.About Make It!Make It! is a two-year programme offering three Londoners, aged under 25 years, the support and space to build their own craft-based businesses.The programme includes workshops in business basics, one-to-one coaching and a studio space at Cockpit. It’s open to makers who are currently unemployed or underemployed (working in a job that doesn’t use their craft skills).Make It! is an evolution of Cockpit’s successful Creative Careers programme which has supported 26 makers so far.
