Theatre Troupe are currently recruiting for a part-time (0.4 / 2 days per week) Executive Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer, who will join their team by the end of January 2021.
Theatre Troupe are looking for an innovative, compassionate and motivated individual, with a passion for theatre and other art forms as mechanisms for emotional and social change.
Leading Theatre Troupe in its vision and focus in collaboration with the Artistic Director, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to have a significant positive impact on the lives of vulnerable young people, who are marginalised in a variety of different ways. They will be a key member of a grassroots organisation that is gaining national profile for its unique, bespoke research-informed approach. Through maintaining organisational stability and raising company profile, the Executive Director and Co-CEO will lead the company in reaching many more beneficiaries, as they expand their regional and national programme.
Salary: £33,000 p.a. pro rata (2 days a week)
