Events Assistants and Trainee Events Assistants

We are looking for Events Assistants and Trainee Events Assistants to support the Albany’s live performance and events programme and create a warm and welcoming experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for hands-on all-rounders looking for a versatile front-line role in one of London’s most exciting and culturally diverse arts venues. Duties will include ushering, ticket and bar sales across our five performance venues and for Summer outdoor events.

The ideal candidates for our Events Assistant role should be
pro-active and energetic with excellent communication skills, attention
to detail and experience in customer service and managing Health and
Safety in a similar environment. The minimum age for this role is 18
years in line with licensing requirements.

 

Ideal candidates for our Trainee Event Assistant role would be
reliable, with a mature attitude and have a keen desire to work in
events and customer service but may not yet have the skills or
experience in these areas. This role is open to all ages and full
training will be provided.

 

Contract:                 Casual hours; flexible shifts, mostly evenings and weekends

Salary:                       Event Assistant: £8.00 (per hour); Trainee: National Minimum Wage
