Think22 is a new four year programme funded by Youth Music. Think22 aims to achieve greater inclusion, equality and diversity in music-making by working with young Disabled people, offering progression & accreditation pathways and embedding professional Disabled music leaders across the music education workforce.
Drake Music is a unique organisation and we can adapt this role to suit different skills and abilities. We are a small, friendly team and foster a culture of openness and inclusivity. All our work is underpinned by the Social Model of Disability.
The successful candidate will work with the Think22 team to ensure smooth running of the project, dealing with financial and administrative tasks alongside handling enquiries, contributing to evaluation, data gathering, coordinating meetings and liaising with partners. This is a varied role, with some travel required.
