An exceptional opportunity to form part of the centre management team overseeing the Deptford Lounge, a new landmark building with excellent educational, cultural and community facilities in Deptford, Southeast London.

The Deputy Operations Manager is a new role, suited for a confident and dynamic manager with a flexible working approach. If you have excellent organisational skills and an interest in customer service and venue management, you might be the person we are looking for. The ideal candidate would enjoy working within an arts and community setting, have front line customer experience and a hands-on and proactive approach to managing and problem resolution.


Job Title/Ref:           Deputy Operations Manager (Deptford Lounge)

Salary:                     £22-24,000 per annum

Contract:                 Full time, 40 hours per week Fixed term until October 2017

Hours:                     40 hours per week; weekly average based on a shift rota including evenings and weekends
