About the Exhibition
CreativeXPO is a two day exhibitions which will take place @ Richmix, 35 47 Bethnal Green Road, Shoreditch, London E1 6L on Monday 27th and Tuesday 28th January 2014. Starting at 9.30am and ends at 6.00pm (for the Stands etc). CreativeXPO will be packed full of advice, support, creativity and ideas!
We will have the XPOshowcase live event in the evening, 30 exhibitors, 16 1-2-1 spots and 20 tables (in the Creative Bazaar) at the XPO, all ready to help you move forward with your creative ideas or sell/demonstrate their own creative passions.
Job Description
CIDA are looking for volunteers to assist with the smooth-running of this 2 day exhibition. The main duties will include:
Assisting with the exhibition preparation and set-up
Assisting at the registration desk [delegates to sign in upon arrival]
Ushering delegates into different exhibition space
Ensuring the smooth running of the refreshment breaks
Assisting with directing delegates to key areas of the venue [toilet facilities and fire exits]
Supporting CIDA on the smooth running of the exhibition as a whole
This opportunity is ideal for someone looking for a career in Creative Cultural Industries. It is an unpaid opportunity. Travel expenses within London will be reimbursed.
All volunteers will need to start at 8am and work through until 6pm.
