CoolTan Arts has a new opportunity for an Operations Director to lead the day to day activity of the organisation. The post holder will ensure operational success by overseeing the continual improvement and development across the organisation, line managing staff.

As part of the charity’s Senior Leadership Team the post-holder will work in collaboration with the CEO and others to ensure that the charity meets its objectives for the growth, development and the effective delivery of its mission.
The ideal candidate will have significant senior director experience within social care, arts , education or health with a track record of delivering continuous improvement and delivering change initiatives. You will be personable empathic and have a great senses of humour and interegity.
Strong operation management skills, including budget management, high level thinking and communication is essential to success as is a willingness to learn in depth how they work and to be able to balance effectively clinical and business needs.
CoolTan Arts is run by and for people with mental distress based in South East London near the Elephant and Castle.
