If you want to work on creative community projects (and you are between16-24 years), this is a opportunity to develop skills by working alongside experienced community artists.
Collective Action: a new creative community project funded by Big Lottery SeeThrough Theatre Company is inviting people from Lewisham of all ages to take part in our community creative project: Collective Action!
As part of the project we are also offering a training program in creative community works to 6 local young people between 16 to 24 years of age. This is a great opportunity for young people wanting to develop skills in community creative works by working alongside experienced community artists and to collaborate with the creation of a final performance. We can cover reasonable expenses.
More about the project:
To celebrate the community we live in, we will run a series of creative
workshops in the Albany Theatre in Deptford from March to May exploring
the theme of Community Spirit in a fun and informal way. A final
celebratory event will be created with the collaboration of all the
participants and showcased at the Albany Theatre on June 9th from 4pm to
