The organisation is looking for a Programme Manager (Participatory Performing Arts) with an arts background to support its work to bring about long-term improvements in wellbeing.

The Programme Manager will focus initially on delivery of existing plans for their participatory
performing arts strand which will include: developing and managing a portfolio of projects and
relationship management; developing ambitious partnerships; and drawing out learning for
influencing policy and practice to ensure long-term influence and legacy.

The post holder will also
contribute to the delivery of a new initiative to be begun in 2016 focused on exploring the civic role
of arts organisations. In addition, they are looking for a person who can work collaboratively with colleagues in a small team, has
excellent planning and project management skills and is able to meet deadlines under pressure. You
will also have excellent writing skills and be able to communicate and promote key messages at
meetings and events.
