UCLH Arts and Heritage are looking to appoint a filmmaker/artist/oral
historian to record staffs experience of COVID. They will offer UCLH
staff and staff from our wider workforce the opportunity to share their
memories of the Covid-19 pandemic in a short film that highlights the
disparity of COVID impact on our staff that identify as global majority
or ethnic minority workforce and provides a tool for which to tell their
story, celebrate diversity and so assist in staff recovery and the
processing of the COVID Pandemic.
The film will be created with
sensitivity to the diversity of cultures employed across UCLH and the
aim is to produce a thoughtful, considered and reflective response to
the experiences of a wide range of NHS hospital staff. Further

They welcome applications from
artists who identify as global majority or ethnic minority as they are
particularly keen to reflect these staff voices.
The commission fee is £10,000.
