Amplify London is the London Music Fund’s newest programme, launched in February 2020, in collaboration with YouTube Music and Sound Connections. It will support grassroots organisations that are providing musical activities for young people in London, by funding specific local projects and helping the organisations to forge links with the music industry and the music education sector.
We are looking for organisations that offer music and/or music technology activity in London for young people aged 11-21, and arent being funded by Music Services or schools. The projects can run for any length of time up to 12 months, between May 2020 and April 2021. Each successful application will be awarded £6000 towards the proposed project.
The first five successful projects will form the pilot programme for Amplify London. Applications will open again in November 2020 for a further five projects, to run throughout 2021.
