Jen Camillin
Drama & Creative Practitioner, Facilitator and Trainer
Jen Camillin is a theatre practitioner and creative facilitator who specialises in forum theatre, youth voice and empowerment and social impact projects.
Widely recognised for work she has designed and facilitated with youth and marginalised groups across numerous settings since 1999, including schools, alternative provisions, youth justice services and youth programmes. Jen aims to support people to build confidence, aspirations and expression. Encouraging participants to be themselves and connect to new parts their lives.
Experienced at designing, setting up, managing and facilitating high quality drama based interventions, campaigns, workshops and training for a wide variety of settings. Specialisms include:

Experienced at applying drama and creative approaches as an effective and accessible way to work with groups and individuals from a broad range of diverse backgrounds around specific areas and/or issues.
Jen’s approach is person centred, respectful, inclusive and responds to the individual needs of people and groups. Jen uses trauma informed and inclusive/intersectional techniques that create space for diversity of expression and learning styles. Safeguarding is at the heart of all her work.
