Plan ahead, know when the school holidays are

Schools plan the next term in advance; a primary or secondary school may have all their budget and timetable in place as early as April for the following academic year (September to July).
If you want to work with a school/ education insitution it is worth planning ahead.
Remember when contacting a school or teachers, they are off during holidays. Although they may check their emails, sending post or emails to schools at this time may mean it gets lots in a sea of mail – more than usual.
