Are you a facilitator that’s bamboozled by zoom? Are you an artist who has a cool new idea that needs a test run? Have you thought of a revolutionary way of using zoom to spark conversation, but need to check you know how to use the whiteboard feature first?
LEAN is hosting a Zoom Space for practitioners and freelancers who are new to zoom, those who are zoom experimenters, and everyone in between! Open to all arts freelancers in South East London, this is a free event on Thursday 10th December from 9.30-10.30am. A fun way to begin the day.
In this new world of online workshops and sessions, Zoom is something we’re all having to grapple with. Many of our freelancers said they would value the opportunity to practice with peers before running online sessions and workshops with participants.
LEAN wants to support you to feel confident with zoom and this sharing offers a space to throw some things at the (virtual) wall and see what sticks. Whether it’s new games, activities that worked brilliantly in person and now need to be converted for online delivery, or simply a chance to try out slotting people into break out rooms.
If you don’t have an activity to share, but would like to take part – please do come along! Joining in with activities may inspire some ideas of your own, while also helping out those who are trying things for the first time.
Have some fun and a practice run without the fear of accidentally sending half your participants out of the zoom!
If you have any access requirements or queries please do contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we can support you.
Sign up in advance and we will email out the Zoom link shortly before the event is due to start.
