The surgery will give you the opportunity to:

review your existing volunteer policy and procedures or look into steps to develop a volunteer policy for your organisation

explore volunteer tasks, writing role descriptions and promoting them, recruiting and managing volunteers

discuss any issues and support around all things volunteer management.
Free for members of VAL, but booking essential (max 45 mins per appointment).
