Book now for your place at the first Voluntary and Community Sector Forum, Thursday 23 July 2015 (booking link below).
With the new government in place, we know that austerity measures will continue. Deeper cuts to public services will be coming. The expectation that the voluntary and community sector will do more for less is increasing. We now find ourselves between a rock and a very hard place.
- Is there hope for a thriving voluntary and community sector in Lewisham?
- Can we offer real solutions to the communities we serve?
- What opportunities are there for raising the profile of services that meet the needs of communities in Lewisham?
- How can we strengthen our voice in an increasingly harsh environment?
Join us for our first voluntary sector forum, as we wrestle some
of the tough issues, explore new ways of working and share practical, creative
solutions for the way forward.
