Ladywell Playtower are hosting a public exhibition across two dates to showcase the emerging proposals for redevelopment and to gather feedback ahead of submitting their planning application.

Guildmore and Curzon Cinema were appointed by the London Borough of Lewisham in November 2017 to bring forward proposals for the restoration of Ladywell Playtower. There proposals for a new 3-screen cinema, complete with a freely accessible public events foyer and complementary café, bar and restaurant uses, offers a great opportunity for the sustainable restoration and revival of the building, which sits on Historic Englands Heritage at-risk register.

Guildmore and Curzon Cinema are now running a consultation process to hear local comments on the development and their restoration proposals prior to submitting a planning application.
They will be offering tours inside Ladywell Playtower throughout the public exhibition, periodically leaving from the church during exhibition hours.
