Lucys heady acting career started as the young starlet in The Night Before Christmas
(circa. Dec 1985). After negotiating an unprecedented cast bonus,
(mince pies and sherry), she slowly began to realise that her destiny
maybe behind the scenes, not in them. Four years as a professional
actress later, followed by a brief stint in TV/film casting, Lucy
finally found her calling while working as an agents assistant. In
2008, she set up HSM and went on to forge the careers of a number of
successful clients.
Whether fledgling or experienced, Middleweek Newton Talent Management
provide their clients with quality opportunities within the film,
television and theatre sectors. Their approach is a spirited mixture of
kick ass and the pastoral. They pride ourselves on the strength of their

Inside Industries is
a free series of talks, screenings and workshops aimed at recent
graduates and young creatives. Covering areas from creative business to
filmmaking and scriptwriting; it is designed to give participants
practical skills, tips and inspiration with which to pursue their chosen
career path.
