This sales workshop will help you to review and improve your sales
processes, and sell with confidence and clarity – without the need for
aggressive, or pushy tactics!

In this masterclass the workshop leader will be sharing
strategies from their previous life as a sales consultant, and own
experiences of successful strategies and experiences with sales and
selling as an entrepreneur, including:

• Sales cycles, your early sales strategy, and understanding sales “closes” and how and when to use these

• How to analyse your sales processes and fix things that aren’t working

• How marketing and sales should operate together to achieve results!

How to use LinkedIn to rapidly increase your connections and generate leads for your business

About the trainer

Kay Kukoyi CSM FITOL is a
software delivery specialist, global tech startup mentor, author,
speaker, and lecturer. She has written five books for SMEs and
entrepreneurs, including the Amazon international bestsellers, Develop
Your Idea! and Don’t Hire a Software Developer
Until You Read this Book. More recently she has been mentoring SME’s
with Goldsmiths, University of London as part of the DEK Business Growth
Programme.

Kay speaks at conferences, and judges at startup competitions, and has
been recognised by the Financial Times and Inclusive Boards as one of
the 100 Most Influential BAME Leaders in the UK Technology Sector. Kay
